  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Safe Link Travels provides visa processing services but cannot guarantee approval of visa applications, which remain under the discretion of relevant government authorities.
  • Safe Link Travels is not liable for any denied boarding, entry, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete documentation.

  • Safe Link Travels acts as an agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and other travel providers. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by these suppliers.
  • We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to: strikes, natural disasters, government actions, or health advisories.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide alternative solutions or reschedule services where possible.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

6. Visa Processing

  • Visa processing services are subject to approval by the relevant UAE authorities or other destination country immigration offices.
  • Processing times vary depending on the visa type and are not guaranteed. Safe Link Travels is not responsible for delays or rejections of visa applications.
